Annex VII to Directive 2009/81/EC is amended as follows: the following is inserted in Part A after the entry for France: ‘— in Croatia, “Sudski registar trgovačkih društava u Republici Hrvatskoj” or “Obrtni registar Republike Hrvatske”;’; the following is inserted in Part B after the entry for France: ‘— in Croatia, “Sudski registar trgovačkih društava u Republici Hrvatskoj” or “Obrtni registar Republike Hrvatske”;’; the following is inserted in Part C after the entry for France: ‘— in Croatia, “Sudski registar trgovačkih društava u Republici Hrvatskoj” or “Obrtni registar Republike Hrvatske”;’.
