Directive 2013/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 June 2013 on safety of offshore oil and gas operations and amending Directive 2004/35/EC Text with EEA relevance · European Union

3. This Directive shall be without prejudice to Directives 94/22/EC, 2001/42/EC, 2003/4/EC (19), 2003/35/EC, 2010/75/EU (20) and 2011/92/EU.
