Article 43 › 2

DIRECTIVE 2013/34/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 26 June 2013 on the annual financial statements, consolidated financial statements and related reports of certain types of undertakings, amending Directive 2006/43/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directives 78/660/EEC and 83/349/EEC (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The report shall disclose the following information in relation to activities as described in points (1) and (2) of Article 41 in respect of the relevant financial year: (a) the total amount of payments made to each government; (b) the total amount per type of payment as specified in points (5)(a) to (g) of Article 41 made to each government; (c) where those payments have been attributed to a specific project, the total amount per type of payment as specified in point (5)(a) to (g) of Article 41, made for each such project and the total amount of payments for each such project. Payments made by the undertaking in respect of obligations imposed at entity level may be disclosed at the entity level rather than at project level.
