Where a group, on a consolidated basis, is subject to the following, the higher buffer shall apply in each case: a G-SII buffer and an O-SII buffer; a G-SII buffer, an O-SII buffer and a systemic risk buffer in accordance with Article 133. Where an institution, on an individual or sub-consolidated basis is subject to an O-SII buffer and a systemic risk buffer in accordance with Article 133, the higher of the two shall apply.
