Article 133 › 10

CRD IV

When requiring a systemic risk buffer to be maintained the competent authority or the designated authority shall comply with the following: (a) the systemic risk buffer must not entail disproportionate adverse effects on the whole or parts of the financial system of other Member States or of the Union as a whole forming or creating an obstacle to the functioning of the internal market; (b) the systemic risk buffer must be reviewed by the competent authority or the designated authority at least every second year.
