Article 146 — Implementing Acts

The following measures shall be adopted as implementing acts in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 147(2): (a) technical adjustments to the list in Article 2; (b) alteration of the amount of initial capital prescribed in Article 12 and Title IV to take account of developments in the economic and monetary field.
