Article 163 — Repeal

Directives 2006/48/EC and 2006/49/EC are repealed with effect from 1 January 2014. References to the repealed Directives shall be construed as references to this Directive and to Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in Annex II to this Directive and in Annex IV to Regulation (EU) No 575/2013.
