On one or several watercrafts representing the production of the manufacturer one or more of the following tests, equivalent calculation or control shall be carried out by the manufacturer or on his behalf: test of stability in accordance with point 3.2 of Part A of Annex I; test of buoyancy characteristics in accordance with point 3.3 of Part A of Annex I.
