The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 26 specifying: the content of the information referred to in points (c) to (f) and (l) of paragraph 1 of this Article; how the information as referred to in points (c) to (f) and (l) of paragraph 1 of this Article can be presented in a uniform way in order to ensure the highest possible level of comparability.
