The host Member States indicated in accordance with point (d) of Article 15(1) of this Regulation shall not impose, on the manager of a qualifying social entrepreneurship fund registered in accordance with Article 15, any requirements or administrative procedures in relation to the marketing of its qualifying social entrepreneurship fund, nor shall they require any approval of the marketing prior to its commencement.
