Regulation on consumer ODR

Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC (Regulation on consumer ODR) · European Union

2. This Regulation shall apply from 9 January 2016, except for the following provisions: Article 2(3) and Article 7(1) and (5), which shall apply from 9 July 2015, Article 5(1) and (7), Article 6, Article 7(7), Article 8(3) and (4) and Articles 11, 16 and 17, which shall apply from 8 July 2013.
