(9) Cyprus and Malta are included in Annex I to the UNFCCC pursuant to Decision 10/CP.17 of the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC, effective from 9 January 2013, and Decision 3/CP.15 of the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC, effective from 26 October 2010, respectively.
