Where necessary and within the Agency’s objectives and tasks, the Executive Director may set up ad hoc Working Groups composed of experts, including from the Member States’ competent authorities. The Management Board shall be informed in advance. The procedures regarding in particular the composition, the appointment of the experts by the Executive Director and the operation of the ad hoc Working Groups shall be specified in the Agency’s internal rules of operation.
