Regulation (EU) No 526/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 concerning the European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA) and repealing Regulation (EC) No 460/2004 Text with EEA relevance · European Union

Regulation (EC) No 460/2004 is repealed. References to Regulation (EC) No 460/2004 and to ENISA shall be construed as references to this Regulation and to the Agency. The Agency succeeds the Agency that was established by Regulation (EC) No 460/2004 as regards all ownership, agreements, legal obligations, employment contracts, financial commitments and liabilities.
