Meetings of the Management Board shall be convened by its Chairperson. The Management Board shall hold an ordinary meeting at least once a year. It shall also hold extraordinary meetings at the request of the Chairperson or of at least a third of its members. The Executive Director shall take part, without voting rights, in the meetings of the Management Board.
