Commission Regulation (EU) No 543/2013 of 14 June 2013 on submission and publication of data in electricity markets and amending Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 714/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council Text with EEA relevance · European Union

In relation to direct current links, TSOs shall provide updated information on any restrictions placed on the use of available cross-border capacity including through the application of ramping restrictions or intraday transfer limits not later than one hour after the information is known to the ENTSO for Electricity. Operators of direct current links shall be considered as primary owners of the updated information they provide.
