Commission Regulation (EU) No 543/2013 of 14 June 2013 on submission and publication of data in electricity markets and amending Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 714/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council Text with EEA relevance · European Union

Generation units and production units located within a TSOs’ control area shall provide that TSO with all the relevant information to calculate the data laid down in paragraph 1. Generation units and production units respectively shall be considered as primary owners of the relevant information they provide.
