Commission Regulation (EU) No 543/2013 of 14 June 2013 on submission and publication of data in electricity markets and amending Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 714/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council Text with EEA relevance · European Union

Distribution system operators (DSO), located within a TSO’s control area shall provide that TSO with all the relevant information required to calculate the data referred to in points (b) to (e) of paragraph 1. DSOs shall be considered as primary owners of the relevant information they provide.
