EBA shall develop draft regulatory technical standards to specify the following: (a) what constitutes an immaterial portfolio for the purpose of paragraph 3; (b) the criteria for determining whether an internal model is sound and implemented with integrity for the purpose of paragraphs 4 and 5 and master netting agreements. EBA shall submit those draft regulatory technical standards to the Commission by 31 December 2015. Power is delegated to the Commission to adopt the regulatory technical standards referred to in the first subparagraph in accordance with Articles 10 to 14 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.
