OGA-Positionen dürfen im Portofolio liquider Aktiva eines jeden Instituts bis zu einem Absolutbetrag von 500 Mio. EUR als liquide Aktiva behandelt werden, sofern die Anforderungen nach Artikel 132 Absatz 3 erfüllt sind und der OGA, mit Ausnahme von Derivaten zur Minderung des Zins-, Kredit- oder Währungsrisikos, ausschließlich in liquide Aktiva im Sinne des Absatzes 1 investiert.
