Institutions shall submit to the competent authorities all necessary information on the leverage ratio and its components in accordance with Article 429. Competent authorities shall take into account this information when undertaking the supervisory review referred to in Article 97 of Directive 2013/36/EU. Institutions shall also submit to the competent authorities the information required for the purposes of the preparation of the reports referred to in Article 511. Competent authorities shall submit the information received from institutions to EBA upon its request to facilitate the review referred to in Article 511.
