The following factors apply: (a) 1 in the period from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014; (b) 0,8 in the period from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015; (c) 0,6 in the period from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016; (d) 0,4 in the period from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017; (e) 0,2 in the period from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018.
