REGULATION (EU) No 575/2013 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 26 June 2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

By way of derogation from Article 66, during the period from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2017, the following shall apply: institutions shall deduct from Tier 2 items the applicable percentage specified in Article 478 of the amounts required to be deducted pursuant to Article 66; institutions shall apply the requirements laid down in Article 477 to the residual amounts required to be deducted pursuant to Article 66.
