Regulation (EU) No 608/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 June 2013 concerning customs enforcement of intellectual property rights and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1383/2003 · European Union

The customs authorities shall release the goods or put an end to their detention only where all the following conditions are fulfilled: the declarant or the holder of the goods has provided a guarantee that is of an amount sufficient to protect the interests of the holder of the decision; the authority competent to determine whether an intellectual property right has been infringed has not authorised precautionary measures; all customs formalities have been completed.
