Article 152

The Commission shall specify, by means of implementing acts, the procedural rules for: lodging the temporary storage declaration referred to in Article 145; amending the temporary storage declaration, in accordance with Article 146(1); invalidating the temporary storage declaration, in accordance with Article 146(2); the movement of goods in temporary storage referred to in Article 148(5). Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 285(4).
