Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 October 2013 laying down the Union Customs Code (recast) · European Union

1. A BTI decision shall cease to be valid before the end of the period referred to in Article 33(3) where it no longer conforms to the law, as a result of either of the following: the adoption of an amendment to the nomenclatures referred to in points (a) and (b) of Article 56(2); the adoption of measures referred to in Article 57(4); with effect from the date of application of such amendment or measures.
