Article 66

The Commission shall adopt by means of implementing acts: the procedural rules, referred to in Article 64(1), to facilitate the establishment in the Union of the preferential origin of goods; a measure granting a beneficiary country or territory the temporary derogation referred to in Article 64(6). Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 285(4).
