However in relation to the following provisions the following dates of application shall apply: Article 2, the second subparagraph of Article 5(2), Articles 13, 14, 15, 16, 25 and 26 from 31 December 2014; the first and third subparagraphs of Article 5(2) and Article 12(1) and (8) from 31 December 2020.
