Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1271/2013 of 30 September 2013 on the framework financial regulation for the bodies referred to in Article 208 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council · European Union

The resource programming shall include qualitative and quantitative information on the human resource and budgetary matters for the reporting purposes, in particular: for the years N–1 and N, the information on, the number of officials, temporary and contract staff as defined in the Staff Regulations as well as seconded national experts, for the year N–1 an estimate of the budgetary operations within the meaning of Article 97 and information on contribution in kind granted by the host Member State to the Union body, for the year N+1 estimate of the number of officials, temporary and contract staff as defined in the Staff Regulations, for the following years, an indicative budget and staff resource programming.
