Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1271/2013 of 30 September 2013 on the framework financial regulation for the bodies referred to in Article 208 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council · European Union

The budget of the Union body shall comprise: own revenue consisting of all fees and charges which the Union body is authorised to collect by virtue of the tasks entrusted to it, and any other revenue; revenue made up of any financial contributions of the host Member States; a contribution granted by the Union; revenue assigned to specific items of expenditure in accordance with Article 23(1); the expenditure of the Union body, including administrative expenditure.
