Decision No 283/2010/EU is amended as follows: In Article 5, paragraph 4 is replaced by the following: "4. On the expiry of the Facility, the balance due to the Union shall be made available for microfinance and support for social enterprises in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1296/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2013 on a European Union Programme for Employment and Social Innovation ("EaSI") OJ L 347, 20.12.2013, p. 238"; . In Article 8, paragraphs 3 and 4 are deleted.
