where the employment rate is 65 % or less the share shall be increased by 1,7 percentage points; where the employment rate is above 65 % but not higher than 70 % the share shall be increased by 1,2 percentage points; where the employment rate is above 70 % but not higher than 75 % the share shall be increased by 0,7 percentage points; where the employment rate is above 75 %, no increase shall be required.
