Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 laying down common provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 · European Union

To facilitate the adjustment of certain regions either to changes in their eligibility status or to the long-lasting effects of recent developments in their economy the following additional allocations are made: for Belgium EUR 133000000, out of which EUR 66500000 for Limburg and EUR 66500000 for the transition regions of the Region of Wallonia; for Germany EUR 710000000, out of which EUR 510000000 for the former Convergence regions in the transition regions' category and EUR 200000000 for the Leipzig region; notwithstanding paragraph 10, the less developed regions of Hungary will be allocated an additional envelope of EUR 1560000000, the less developed regions of the Czech Republic an additional envelope of EUR 900000000 and the less developed region of Slovenia an additional envelope of EUR 75000000, under the Structural Funds.
