Article 18

The YEI is integrated into the programming of the ESF under Article 96 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013. Where appropriate, Member States shall set out the programming arrangements for the YEI in their Partnership Agreements and in their operational programmes. The programming arrangements may take one or more of the following forms: a dedicated operational programme; a dedicated priority axis within an operational programme; a part of one or more priority axes. Article 9 and 10 of this Regulation shall also apply to the YEI.
