At least twice during the programming period, an evaluation shall assess the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of joint support from the ESF and the specific allocation for YEI including for the implementation of the Youth Guarantee. The first evaluation shall be completed by 31 December 2015 and the second evaluation by 31 December 2018.
