Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005 · European Union

The support granted to a farmer in respect of the years 2014, 2015 and 2016 shall not exceed the difference between: the level of direct payments applicable in Croatia for the year concerned in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013; and 45 % of the corresponding level of the direct payments as applied from 2022.
