The Commission shall, adopt implementing acts concerning the following: the communications to be made by the Member States to the Commission; rules on the authority responsible for the verification of compliance with the product specification, including where the geographical area is in a third country; the actions to be implemented by the Member States to prevent the unlawful use of protected designations of origin, protected geographical indications and protected traditional terms; the checks and verification to be carried out by the Member States, including testing. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 116(3).
