The financial contribution from the EAFRD towards expenditure under rural development programmes shall be determined for each programme, within the ceilings established by Union law concerning support for rural development by the EAFRD. As regards the Union's budget commitments for rural development programmes, Article 76 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 shall apply.
