Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 637/2008 and Council Regulation (EC) No 73/2009 · European Union

The Commission shall adopt implementing acts laying down: the methods of notification; rules on providing the information necessary for the application of this Article; arrangements for the management of the information to be notified, as well as rules on content, form, timing, frequency and deadlines of the notifications; arrangements for transmitting, or making information and documents available, to the Member States, international organisations, the competent authorities in third countries, or the public, subject to the protection of personal data and the legitimate interest of farmers and undertakings in the protection of their business secrets. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 71(2).
