DIRECTIVE 2014/23/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 26 February 2014 on the award of concession contracts (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union
This Directive shall not apply to concessions awarded to: provide or operate fixed networks intended to provide a service to the public in connection with the production, transport or distribution of drinking water; supply drinking water to such networks.
