Article 54

DIRECTIVE 2014/23/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 26 February 2014 on the award of concession contracts (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This Directive shall not apply to the award of concessions tendered or awarded before 17 April 2014.
