Directive 2014/29/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of simple pressure vessels (recast) Text with EEA relevance · European Union

The manufacturer shall, when designing the vessel, define the use to which it will be put, and select: the minimum working temperature T_(min); the maximum working temperature T_(max); the maximum working pressure PS. However, should a minimum working temperature exceeding – 10 °C be selected, the qualities required of the materials shall be satisfied at – 10 °C.
