Article 44

Directive 2014/29/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of simple pressure vessels (recast) Text with EEA relevance · European Union

This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Articles 1, 3, 4 and 5 and Annexes I and III shall apply from 20 April 2016.
