(1) Directive 2009/105/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 relating to simple pressure vessels OJ L 264, 8.10.2009, p. 12. Directive 2009/105/EC is the codification of Council Directive 87/404/EEC of 25 June 1987 on the harmonization of the laws of the Member States relating to simple pressure vessels (OJ L 220, 8.8.1987, p. 48). has been substantially amended See Annex V, Part A. . Since further amendments are to be made, that Directive should be recast in the interests of clarity.
