Directive 2014/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility (recast) Text with EEA relevance · European Union

Member States shall adopt and publish, by 19 April 2016, the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with Article 2(2), points (9) to (25) of Article 3(1), Article 4, Article 5(1), Articles 7 to 12, Articles 15, 16 and 17, the first subparagraph of Article 19(1), Articles 20 to 43, and Annexes II, III and IV. They shall forthwith communicate the text of those measures to the Commission.
