Directive 2014/31/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of non-automatic weighing instruments (recast) Text with EEA relevance · European Union

Notified bodies shall provide the other bodies notified under this Directive carrying out similar conformity assessment activities covering the same instruments with relevant information on issues relating to negative and, on request, positive conformity assessment results.
