Article 50

Directive 2014/32/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of measuring instruments (recast) Text with EEA relevance · European Union

Member States shall not impede the making available on the market and/or the putting into use of measuring instruments covered by Directive 2004/22/EC which are in conformity with that Directive and which were placed on the market before 20 April 2016. Certificates issued under Directive 2004/22/EC shall be valid under this Directive. The effects of Article 23 of Directive 2004/22/EC shall continue until 30 October 2016.
