Directive 2014/40/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 April 2014 on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States concerning the manufacture, presentation and sale of tobacco and related products and repealing Directive 2001/37/EC Text with EEA relevance · European Union

Where the health warnings referred to in paragraph 1 are to appear on a surface exceeding 150 cm^(2), the warnings shall cover an area of 45 cm^(2). That area shall be increased to 48 cm^(2) for Member States with two official languages and 52,5 cm^(2) for Member States with more than two official languages.
