1.

Member States shall regularly collect and maintain comprehensive statistics from the relevant authorities. The statistics collected shall be sent to the Commission each year and shall include: the number of freezing orders executed; the number of confiscation orders executed; the estimated value of property frozen, at least of property frozen with a view to possible subsequent confiscation at the time of freezing; the estimated value of property recovered at the time of confiscation.
