Directive 2014/42/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 April 2014 on the freezing and confiscation of instrumentalities and proceeds of crime in the European Union · European Union

Member States shall also send each year the following statistics to the Commission, if they are available at a central level in the Member State concerned: the number of requests for freezing orders to be executed in another Member State; the number of requests for confiscation orders to be executed in another Member State; the value or estimated value of the property recovered following execution in another Member State.
